To help you feel fully present, grounded, and comfortable during the experience, we’ve prepared this guide so you know exactly what to bring and expect. Whether you’re staying for the day or the full journey, preparation is key to enjoying the festival and connecting deeply with yourself, others, and nature.
Lodging Options
Indoor Rooms: Limited indoor accommodations are available and have been reserved for early registrants. If you booked early, you should have received a confirmation. These rooms are located directly on site.
Follow this link to reserve a room – this is a first come first serve bases and we book based on the order in which participants make a request.
Tent Camping: The land is open for camping. Tents will be available to rent on location, or you’re welcome to bring your own tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and camping supplies. The land is safe, open, and under the stars—perfect for deep rest and connection to nature.
Food and Water
On-Site Food & Drinks: There will be healthy, nourishing meals and drinks for sale throughout the event, including vegetarian options. Come ready to explore local and consciously-prepared foods.
Bring What You Need: If you have dietary preferences, food sensitivities, or favorite snacks, we encourage you to bring your own supplies. Bringing a reusable water bottle is essential—filtered water will be accessible.
Alcohol:To support our onsite bars and keep the festival thriving, please do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages. A full selection of drinks will be available for purchase at our licensed bars.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a vibrant, safe, and sustainable event for everyone to enjoy.
Clothing and Weather Considerations
Warm Layers Are Essential: While Lake Sevan is warm during the day, temperatures can drop significantly at night. Bring a warm jacket, layered clothing, thermal wear, and wool socks to stay comfortable after sunset.
Swimwear: Lake Sevan is ideal for swimming. Pack your bathing suit, towel, and water shoes if you’d like to spend time in the water.
Comfortable Shoes: The terrain varies—bring walking shoes or sandals with good grip.
Sun Protection: A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a scarf or light shawl for sun coverage during the day are recommended.
Lighting & Tools
Some areas of the festival site may not be well lit. Bring a headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries to navigate at night safely.
Consider bringing a small power bank if you want to keep your phone charged.
Transportation
Parking: Free on-site parking is available for all attendees. Look for signs and guidance when you arrive.
Shuttle Service: We will offer shuttles from the nearby train station. Details and schedules will be shared closer to the date via our Telegram channel.
Carpooling: Many participants are arriving from nearby cities. We encourage shared taxis and carpooling, and we will be organizing ride coordination through a Telegram group for easier connection.
Other Suggestions
Bring a yoga mat or blanket for relaxation or workshops.
Instruments, art supplies, or flow toys are welcome if you want to contribute creatively.
A journal or notebook can be useful for reflections or insights that arise during the weekend.
Earplugs may help during sleep if you’re sensitive to sound.
If you’re sensitive to bugs, consider bringing natural insect repellent.
Stay Connected
To coordinate rides, stay updated on programming, and connect with others attending the festival, we’ll be sharing announcements and ride-sharing posts through our Telegram channel (link will be shared via email and social media).
Final Intention
This is a co-created space rooted in respect, presence, and joy. Come as you are, bring what you need to feel supported, and be open to what unfolds. Nature, art, sound, and community will do the rest.
