B’AREV Festival Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending B’AREV Festival. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Event Overview

B’AREV Festival (“the Festival”) is a conscious gathering held at Artanish Beach Resort, Lake Sevan, Armenia, from August 22–24.

2. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are digital only and must be presented for admission.
Children under 13 may attend free when accompanied by a supervising adult.
Attendees aged 13–17 are eligible for discounted pricing.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.

3. Cancellation, Postponement, or Force Majeure

If the Festival is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, government orders, war, pandemic, or other acts of force majeure), organizers will prioritize offering credits or transferring tickets to rescheduled dates. Refunds may be considered in extreme situations such as war or national emergencies, at the sole discretion of the organizers.

4. Program Lineup

Artists, facilitators, and activities will be announced progressively. The Festival reserves the right to change the lineup or schedule at any time without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Conduct and Behavioral Expectations

All attendees are required to maintain respectful, lawful, and considerate behavior, including but not limited to:

No possession or use of illegal substances
No harassment, discrimination, or aggressive conduct
Respect for all participants, staff, and property
Maintaining cleanliness of the Festival grounds

Security staff are authorized to remove any person violating these policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in any activities, including yoga, dance, workshops, and other offerings, is voluntary and at your own risk. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you expressly waive all claims of liability against the Festival, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliated entities for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur.

7. Photo & Video Consent

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Festival for promotional purposes. You grant B’AREV Festival the unrestricted right to use your image and likeness in all media channels, without compensation.

8. Privacy and Data Use

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, and payment details) solely to process your ticket purchase, communicate updates, and inform you of future events. Your data will not be sold or shared with any third party except for secure payment processing or where required by Armenian law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Armenian courts.
